02What data we collect
Contact and registration form: your name, phone number, the seminar or service you are interested in, when suits you, and whatever you choose to write in the notes.
Quote form for a seminar in your salon: the above, plus the salon name and city, team size and the topic you are interested in.
“Notify me” form: only your email address.
We do not ask for or collect sensitive data.
03Why we use it, and the legal basis
To answer your request and arrange your place at a seminar or an appointment (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps you ask for before entering a contract).
To send you updates about dates and places, only if you asked for them (Article 6(1)(a) — consent, which you can withdraw at any time).
For website usage statistics, only if you accept statistics cookies (consent).
04How long we keep it
We keep request details for as long as needed to handle your request and as the law requires.
The email address on the notification list is kept until you ask us to delete it.
05Who we share it with
We do not sell or trade your data.
We use infrastructure providers to host the website and store requests. They act as processors on our instructions.
If you accept statistics cookies, anonymised usage data is sent to Google (Google Analytics).
06Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to the processing of your data, and to withdraw your consent.
To exercise them, write to ioakeimidoumagda@gmail.com. If you believe your rights are being infringed you may lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
